Continuing Education CE Approval Program

The NASW Oregon Chapter Continuing Education Approval Program enables groups/individuals to obtain CEU accreditation for events that they are sponsoring.  Events must meet the criteria as outlined below.  Please refer to the last paragraph of the CEU Approval Application for Fee information.

Directions to apply:
1.  Download and save (as a Word Document) the CE Approval Application.

2.  Complete all required fields and requested information as described in the application.

3.  Send completed application as an email attachment to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
    Mailed or faxed applications require additional time to process.
