Community Health Center is a mission driven, patient centered medical home providing health care to the underserved population in Jackson County, Oregon. We are looking to add the following positions to our team:
School Based Health Center at Eagle Point High School: Part-time position will be scheduled to work 3 days per week when school is open to provide behavioral health services and interventions to the school’s teen population.
