Provides social work services including psychosocial assessments, brief patient/family counseling, support, resources & education intervention to meet the standards of the patient/family & ensure continuity of care. Program Director for Ophelia’s Place, a non-profit, proactive organization serving adolescent girls in Lane County. We are looking for applicants with a background in social work, psychology or related field with a strong understanding of gender studies and strength-based practices. Key areas of responsibility are program leadership, clinical supervision and clinical oversight. The Director will supervise and collaborate with other staff and interns. This position is located in a State Licensed Residential Facility and oversees all operations of the program, including program services and programming, employee supervision, program design and development, documentation, community relations, and interfacing with other agencies. Ensures quality of service and efficient interface of Department of Community Justice activities with representatives of the County, State, and other funding sources, and coordination of services within the agency as a whole. This position also works with individuals coming from the Department of Community Justice system, attending for substance abuse, and dual diagnosis treatment.
