We are seeking an Access Center and Community Outreach Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for ensuring the placement of referrals to YFS and other Kerr programs as required, producing positive outcomes of treatment for clients served in a timely and efficient manner by utilizing available resources. Responsible for oversight of client admission, community referral development, liaison with county and/or state referral sources, and coordination of preauthorization processes to assure a comprehensive ability to collect for services rendered and Supervision of Access Coordinators.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related clinical field; A minimum of two years’ relevant experience serving children and adolescents and their families; Moderate to advanced computer knowledge with Excel spreadsheets and databases; Excellent written, organizational and interpersonal skills; Experience in Joint Commission accredited facility preferred; and can demonstrate knowledge of community resources and referrals for families in crisis.

Behavioral Health Consultant

Behavioral Health Consultant - Newport, Oregon

The Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) position is a behavioral health provider who operates in a
consultative role within the Lincoln Community Health Center (primary care) and works to support a
smooth interface between primary care and specialty services. The employee provides
recommendations regarding behavioral interventions to the referring primary care clinician and
conducts brief interventions with referred patients on behalf of the referring clinician.

A Master’s degree and licensure as a Social Worker in the state of Oregon is required. Experience postlicensure
in behavioral health counseling and brief short-term therapy strategies is also required.

The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical and licensure supervision of Clinical Care Coordinators (QMHP) and Skills Trainers in an assigned program. Programs include early childhood and school-aged outpatient and intensive, community-based treatment services. Oversight responsibilities include development and implementation of staff development plans; monitoring of effective clinical assessments and implementation of medically necessary treatment services; and ensuring assigned program follows all policies, procedures, and Oregon Administrative Rules.

The successful candidate will have a clinical master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, child and family therapy, art therapy, or a closely related clinical discipline; hold valid and unencumbered licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT; have two years’ experience working in a mental health delivery setting, preferably with supervisory responsibility and a commitment to Wraparound principles of care; have the ability to relate effectively with clients and families and respond to crisis situations; and be able to meet agency driving requirements. We prefer the successful candidate have licensure supervision training or experience. A criminal background check is required.

The Rogue Valley Council of Governments is seeking a Director of Senior and Disability Services to manage all aspects of a comprehensive service delivery system for seniors and younger people with disabilities in southern Oregon.  The Department of Senior and Disability Services is a single point of entry for service delivery under federal and state programs such as the Older Americans Act, Medicaid Title XIX Long Term Care and Financial Assistance, Oregon Project Independence, and Regional Developmental Disabilities Crisis Services, as well as local efforts such as Lifelong Housing and the Disaster Registry.

The starting range for this position is $65,912 – $79,128, depending on qualifications and experience.  The top of the salary range is $94,569.  Exceptionally qualified applicants may be considered for hiring above the starting range.

Licensure is required; successful candidates will have a clinical master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, child and family therapy, art therapy, or a closely related clinical discipline that qualifies for Oregon licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC; have at least two years of experience working with children and families; be able to work in fast-paced environments, including client’s homes, schools, churches and other locations within the community; and have a valid Oregon driver’s license with at least 2 years’ driving history. Pay: Startung at $44,000/Yr + a generous benefits package including a 100% employer-paid employee medical, dental and vision coverage.

Our Oregon Crisis and Access Center - Portland, Oregon

Our Oregon Crisis and Access Center in Portland is currently seeking Masters-level counselors and social workers to provide heroic service to callers nationwide, including consumers of community mental health centers.

We are seeking full-time (40 or 32 hours) employees and have evening and overnight shifts available (all schedules include regular weekend hours).

Compensation: $41,600 to $50,000 per year depending on schedules worked and licensure.

Qualifications: Clinical Specialists must possess a MSW, PsyD, or PhD in behavioral health, or an M.A. or M.S. in behavioral health. Successful candidates will be licensed or working toward licensure (CSWA, LCSW, LMFT, LMFT registered intern, LPC or LPC registered intern, etc.) in the state of Oregon.
