Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC)

This position is a behavioral health provider who operates in a consultative role within the Lincoln Community Health Center (primary care) and works to support a smooth interface between primary care and specialty services.

A Master’s degree in social work, and licensure as a social worker in the State of Oregon is required. Experience post-licensure in behavioral health counseling and brief short-term therapy strategies is required. Experience as a behavioral health consultant in a primary care setting and certification in the addictions field (CADC) preferred. The position requires an insurable driving record and a valid Oregon driver’s license.

Clinical Masters-Level Professionals
