Strategic Plan
In 2007-2008, the NASW Oregon Chapter Board of Directors updated the Chapter’s Strategic Plan to include goals related to growth in the areas of membership, diversity, and revenue as well as broader goals related to the Social Work Reinvestment (SWR) initiative in the areas of advocacy, public education, workforce development, research, and stakeholder engagement. Each year, the NASW Oregon Chapter Board of Directors updates and prioritizes the tasks in the strategic plan, and creates a fiscal year action plan to carry out the tasks.
