Strategic Plan

Each year, the NASW Oregon Chapter Board of Directors updates the Chapter’s Strategic Plan to include goals related to growth in the areas of membership, diversity, and revenue as well as broader goals related to the Social Work Reinvestment (SWR) initiative in the areas of advocacy, public education, workforce development, research, and stakeholder engagement. To carry out the strategic plan, the Board and SWR Taskforce adopts a fiscal year action plan to carry out prioritized tasks.

The 2011-2012 updated strategic plan will be developed in the fall.
