April 9:
Secretary announces preliminary slate and petition process to members via Web site and all member mass e-mail.

April 9-May 8:
Petition period for nominations

May 4:
Postcards mailed to non e-mail members to announce online elections and Web site link for voting

May 10-June 8:
Voting online

June 11:
Votes tallied

June 15, 2012:
Summer issue of The Nexus publishes online and carries announcement of newly elected members
